Software Engineer - React - 3+ years

Corpay Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-driven ReactJS Developer with 3+ years of experience in developing modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of React and front-end best practices and will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will play a key role in building intuitive, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces that support our core business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and optimal user experience.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code and components.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Build reusable code and front-end libraries for future use.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented JavaScript code using best practices.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and UI issues across browsers and platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest React updates, front-end technologies, tools, and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  
  

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive design techniques
• Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and State Management libraries like Redux
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling, and integration techniques
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel
• Version control proficiency using Git
• Exposure to unit testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library (preferred)
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
