Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by utilizing your exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively promoting our products or services over the phone. This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team effort. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Ask engaging questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Maintain customer relationships and update databases with relevant information.
  • Identify and overcome objections during the sales process effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to ensure a potential sale.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation with empathy and patience.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Track sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Meet and exceed the telesales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales role.
  • Ability to learn about products and services to describe/explain efficiently.
  • Proficient in using relevant CRM software and telephone systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
