Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, offering insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to curate compelling multimedia content.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, incorporating them into strategies.
  • Organize and execute social media campaigns to support product launches and events.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain influencer relationships to amplify brand presence.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and improve our social media tactics.
  • Oversee social media advertising initiatives to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on social media performance and campaign outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in digital media.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and metrics for assessment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data and analytics.
  • Experience with social media advertising and familiarity with ad platforms is a plus.
