Site Supervisor- Interior Design (225-629)

As a Site Supervisor in Interior Design, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of interior design projects at various stages, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards. Your key responsibility will be to coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients while managing onsite activities to achieve project goals within the specified timeline and budget. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all interior design project activities onsite.
• Ensure that project timelines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Review and interpret design drawings and plans to ensure accurate implementation.
• Manage relationships and communication with designers, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee onsite safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to avoid delays.
• Inspect finished work and assure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports as required.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
• Ensure effective allocation and usage of resources and equipment on site.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials needed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior design.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical documents effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
