Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS OIL module including 3-5 full life cycle project implementation.
• Thorough understanding of business process – Hydrocarbon Product Management (HPM), Marketing Accounting Pricing (MAP), TD Shipment, Service Station Retailing, Bulk Distribution Requirement Planning etc.
• Hands on experience in IS OIL functionalities.
• Knowledge on Processes like Marketing, Contract, Order Entry, Pricing, Intercompany etc.
• Should be able to handle requirement gathering, blue printing, design, configuration, functional testing, data migration, test data setup for UAT etc.
• Able to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail design to meet business requirements.
• Perform necessary SAP IS OIL configurations, write detailed functional specifications (FSD) for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the solution.
• Integration experience with LE, EWM, PP, PM, MM & FICO
• Ability to read ABAP codes preferred
  
  

• Previous experience in Divestment, Joint Venture or Acquisition would be added benefit.
• Team lead experience.
• Experience in Activate Methodology.
• Experience in JIRA, HP ALM and other PMO tools.
