Salesforce QA Tester

Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Tester to join our their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) modules. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Salesforce solutions that support our business processes and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ functionalities.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce platforms.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows, data integrity, and system integrations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business analysts to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure test coverage for configurations, customizations, and third-party integrations.
• Document and track defects using test management and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Support release management by validating production deployments and performing smoke testing.
• Contribute to test automation efforts where applicable.
  
  
  

• 3–6 years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce testing.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ modules.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and defect management.
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST/SOAP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
