Job Description

  •     To develop strategies and objectives with regard to LCL new business and market opportunities.
  •     Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular contact with potential customers & close analysis of the local market.
  •     Liaise directly with operational departments, Local Field sales, Inside Sales, ASM, KAM IN and Head of Sales / Head of Ocean Product to develop existing and new potential clients.
  •     Overall promotion of LCL new and existing initiatives and products. Create tailor made presentations according to the needs across the country on a PAN India basis.
  •     Provide all necessary tools to Sales on the LCL product such as training, marketing campaigns, general presentations, etc.
  •     Pro-actively engage local sales as well as KAM teams, ensuring focus on LCL development.
  •     Identify gaps in LCL knowledge through the region and pro-actively push/support improvement.
  •     Engage with branch product heads, branch heads, head of sales to provide 360 degrees customer support

Requirements

Qualification / Age Bar Graduate

Experience range 10 years pls

Target Industry Freight Forwarding

Division Air & Sea (selling only LCL product)

Department LCL Sales
