Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements, drive the interview process, and design smart, efficient recruitment strategies.
Champion an outstanding candidate experience—be our culture ambassador from first outreach through onboarding.
Organize and participate in employer branding activities: campus drives, tech meetups, and industry events.
Take charge of onboarding, orientation, and improving our “Day 1” experience to set every employee up for success.
Track, analyze, and report key hiring and people metrics; use insights to improve processes and outcomes.
Play a hands-on role in HR operations: resolve employee queries, support compliance, help manage engagement and wellness initiatives, and contribute to building an inclusive workplace.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5–8 years of experience recruiting for fast-paced product/startup/tech teams; you can “speak” software and data fluently.
You’ve managed the recruitment process end-to-end for senior and niche hires, especially in AI/ML or SaaS roles.
Strong working knowledge of modern ATS and HRIS; data-driven and process-obsessed.
Excellent judgment, communication, and relationship-building skills—you’re both persuasive and empathetic.
Self-starter energy. You operate autonomously, thrive in ambiguity, and never lose sight of result
Experience owning or supporting HR projects: onboarding, policy, engagement, or L&D.
Passionate about technology, AI, and building positive, diverse teams.
