Power Platform Developer

Your Tasks.

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies
• Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents, to build relevant solutions
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Conduct processing mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
• Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions, ensure onboarding of users onto the developed application and share best practices
• Manage small to mid-size projects, including Planning, execution and reporting within our governance framework
• Support and coach from colleagues which are developing small applications within our ‘creator’ program.

Your Qualification

• Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, AI, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting
• Experience in LLMs is a plus
• Strong understanding of API integration and web services
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication skills
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows
