  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients.
  • Support account managers with client account management and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in client support or operations roles.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
