As a Lead Architect, you will be at the forefront of our design and construction projects, spearheading the architectural vision and ensuring its successful realization from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to create innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. You will establish design frameworks, lead design reviews, and ensure adherence to architectural standards and business goals. Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide a team of junior architects and designers.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver coordinated project outcomes.
• Monitor and enhance the quality and sustainability of design solutions.
• Present design proposals to clients and obtain approvals when necessary.
• Provide technical support to project managers during construction phases.
• Evaluate environmental impact and integrate sustainable practices in designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations required.
• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role.
• Experience in delivering projects within budget and on schedule is necessary.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital.
