Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect, you will be joining our dynamic team, working in tandem with experienced architects and designers to contribute to various projects. Your role will involve assisting with the design and development of architectural projects while learning and advancing your own skills. Responsibilities

• Assist lead architects in developing detailed architectural drawings and plans for projects.
• Contribute to design discussions and brainstorming sessions with the architectural team.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate measurements and data.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Support in reviewing and ensuring architectural designs comply with local regulations.
• Maintain updated project documentation and accurately record project modifications.
• Develop 3D models and renderings using relevant architectural software tools.
• Participate in sustainability assessments and recommend eco-friendly design solutions.
• Provide administrative support to project managers by organizing project files.
• Keep up-to-date with architectural trends and integrate innovative ideas into projects.
• Assist in the preparation of budget estimations and resource allocations for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency with CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD, required.
• Excellent visualization skills with experience in architectural rendering software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaborations.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and conduct thorough site assessments.
