Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, including costs for materials and labor effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
• Maintain a database of materials, trends, and pricing for client and project use.
• Ensure project completion within timelines and budget constraints successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or related roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity and imagination with attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Sound knowledge of building and safety regulation codes applicable to design.
