What would you do? The person taking up this role will be responsible for supporting the team in preparing and updating standard HR reports using internal tools, Excel, and data from systems such as OBIEE and Visier Analytics. This is a foundational role, ideal for individuals beginning their careers in data and reporting. The candidate will assist in data collation, formatting, and basic automation tasks under supervision. Basic proficiency in Excel is required, while exposure to PowerQuery or VBA is considered an added advantage. The role requires attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to timely and accurate report support.

• Assist in preparing and updating standard reports using Excel templates and data provided by senior team members
• Support data collation and cleaning from HCM systems such as OBIEE and Visier Analytics, as well as from spreadsheets
• Check and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Learn and apply basic Excel techniques (formulas, filters, pivot tables) and gradually explore basic automation (PowerQuery/VBA) under guidance
• Coordinate with analysts and senior team members to ensure reporting timelines are met
• Participate in report documentation, SOP updates, and process-learning sessions
• Maintain organized files, templates, and data sources for recurring reports
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and a willingness to continuously develop reporting and data-handling skills
• Be flexible and available to work in rotational shifts, as per business requirements, Any Graduation
