The Field Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. This role involves being on the front lines and directly engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that cater to their requirements. You will be a vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved while maximizing sales opportunities. Additionally, being comfortable with traveling and having a reliable means of transportation are crucial for effectively performing the duties of a Field Sales Representative. 


Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide detailed information and demonstrations of products to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the customer base.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends for effective selling.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully and meet sales targets.
  • Having a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation is a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing sales activities.
