Job Description

The Field Sales Executive plays a critical role in promoting and selling a company's products or services. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within a specific geographical area. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for representing the company in the field, managing and expanding existing accounts, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits to present product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and align objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs and market trends to maximize sales.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information regarding sales activities.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to adequately address customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
