Role Description

This is designed for BBA/MBA students (3rd & 4th year) who want to gain real exposure at the intersection of Marketing, Customer Experience, and SaaS Operations. What you’ll actually work on:

🔵 Running customer marketing campaigns: thank-you notes, newsletters, spotlight stories, social media shoutouts.

🟢 Driving celebration & milestone programs: go-live events, welcome kits, gifting, adoption rewards, anniversaries.

🔴 Supporting senior leadership events: Client dinners, podcasts, customer awards.

🟠 Building customer engagement dashboards & playbooks that scale globally.

• Currently pursuing BBA/MBA with a specialization or strong interest in Marketing, Customer Experience, or Business Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create engaging content (newsletters, social posts, spotlight stories).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement, branding, and retention marketing.
• Prior experience through college projects, event management, or internships is a plus but not required.
