Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience with a track record of achieving satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practice in updating customer information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and patience to effectively address customer concerns and build rapport.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous.
