Customer Care Executive

Job Description: As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services and to build strong relationships with them. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will handle all their queries, complaints, and requests. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
