Business Overview

EWS includes multiple client and participant facing business units, providing financial and account services through a centralized contact center structure.

Business Reporting, Associate role is to be a part of EWS Home Office. The primary responsibilities will be managing and completing business reporting that captures business results and statistics across EWS.This reporting also provides insights on trends and activities that inform business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate business reports on schedule (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Create Power BI dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau or Dataiku.
  • Identify patterns, trends and outliers in business performance.
  • Maintain and update reporting tools, dashboards and databases.
  • Automate data extraction and reporting processes where possible.
  • Streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Gather data from various sources, including databases, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Power BI, etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office and Business Leaders on new reporting requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Analyze data to identify key trends and anomalies for key business metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Wealth Management or Industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Proficient with Dataiku, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and a quick learner, able to prioritize multiple projects and complete deliverables in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong sense of accountability/ownership.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on a strong team and high activity environment.
  • Flexible in work style and able to work collaboratively with others on the team.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness with both oral and written communication.
