WearelookingforanDesigner/DraftsmentojoinourgrowingGlobalFacilitiesteamintheMumbaiofficetosupportMechanicaldesignactivitiesonprojectsintheNorthAmericaregion,India,andAsiaPacificRegion.
Key
Responsibilities
- Producing Models for HVAC and Plumbing services using REVIT MEP BIM byagreeingdrawingstrategy,type,sizeofdrawinganddrawingnumberingwithprojectengineer/consultant/clientandsuggestingmethodsofdrawingproductiontoensureefficientmethodsofworking.
- UsetemplatesforCAD/BIMworkanduseCAD/BIMlibraryitemstoassistdesignworkandproduceconstructiondeliverablesin2Dformatlike–
- HVAC Ducting layout.
- Piping layout, piping general arrangements, pipe routing studies, P&IDs.
- General Arrangement drawings of Equipment room.
- Plumbing drawings & riser diagrams,
- Developmentofplansandsectiondrawings.
- EquipmentSchedules,Installationdetailsdrawings.
- Responsibleforcoordinatingassignedscopeofworkwithotherdisciplinestogenerateaclashfreedesign.
- PossessgoodunderstandingofLOD100to450andknowledgeofas-builtwork
- Abletosizeduct,accessoriesandhydraulicpipingbasedoncodesandbestindustrialpractice.
- Willingtoadvanceincareerbytakingincreasedengineeringdesignresponsibilitiesbycloselyworkingwithdisciplineleadengineer.
- Acommittedteamplayerabletoworkonowninitiative.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.GoodCommunicationskills(verbal&written)andabilitytoself-checkandproduceaccuratework.
- 3DTools: REVIT ismustandKnowledgeofAutoCADPlant3D;AutoCADMEPisaplus.
- 2DTools:AutoCAD.
- CoordinationTools: Naviswork
- MicrosoftOfficeTools–MSWord,MSExcel,MSPowerPoint,Outlook,OneNote.

- Workingknowledgeof international codes and standard s (ASHRAE, ASME, International Plumbing Code, International Building code, etc.)used in Commercial, Warehouse, Aviation, Residential projects.
