About The Role

We're looking for an Associate Manager - SEO to execute and support our organic acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on ownership of SEO execution, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO, while working closely with senior stakeholders, content, and engineering teams to drive organic growth.

What you'll own:

• Execute keyword research and on-page optimization to grow organic traffic
• Support technical SEO efforts, page indexing, crawlability, site health audits, and issue tracking
• Assist in improving organic rankings across App Store (ASO) and YouTube Search (YSO)
• Support link building initiatives and conduct competitive analysis
• Coordinate with content teams to execute content-led growth plans
• Raise and follow up on technical SEO requirements with engineering teams
• Track and report on key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, indexing status) to senior stakeholders
• Assist in building presentations and reports summarizing SEO performance
  
  

Who you are:

• 4–7 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally on teams handling high-traffic websites
• Working knowledge of SEO tools and basic understanding of technical SEO concepts
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to track and report performance
• Good communication skills, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, engineering)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute independently with guidance from senior team members
