Associate - Full Stack Development - IN

Full Stack Development are involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components of custom applications. Their job involves designing and developing the UI, business logic, data & integration layer along with testing and maintenance of these layers.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • They are adept in the use of tools and technologies across tiers, and are proficient in working with systems infrastructure, creating, querying & manipulating databases, APIs and integration, Front-end code (HTML/CSS, bootstrap, React JS, Angular JS) and web stack back-end technologies (PHP, Python, Java, ruby on rails etc.).
  • They have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, agile development.
  • They possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals and can learn new frameworks, languages and tools as required on projects.

  • University (Degree) Preferred

  • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs in financial industry.
  • Collaborates with information technology (IT) and business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Performs complex coding to written technical specifications.
  • Tests the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans.
  • Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects and raising issues as appropriate.
  • Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist and performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
  • Manages large application development and software processes, along with guiding and mentoring lower-level professionals.

Required Skills:

  • Good hands-on experience with Angular8, Java (1.8+) and J2EE technologies.
  • Good understanding of Spring, Spring MVC, SpringBoot.
  • Good experience in UI frameworks (Angular, HTML, Java Script, HTML5, JSP, Ajax, Node JS/React JS).
  • Strong experience writing Microservices using Java 1.8 and above.
  • Good experience with service-oriented architecture and REST, JSON, XML, SOAP
  • Experience working with Agile Methodology
  • Experience in using GIT, code quality tools, defect tracking tools.
  • Good experience with code reviews
  • Excellent team player with good organizational, communicational, analytical, and logical skills.
  • Good understanding of web browsers and web applications.

Desired Skills:

  • I Financial Services industry experience desired, but not required.
  • L3 Support -Able to support continuous improvement throughout the development life cycle of enterprise-level software solutions, including enhancements and maintenance. -
  • Experience working with Agile Methodology
  • Experience in using Gradle and Docker.
  • Knowledge/expertise in cloud technologies like AWS or OpenShift.
