About The Role

As the Production Coordinator, you will take full ownership of the in house/ contract production unit performance, focusing on optimizing quality, quantity, and cost-effectiveness. Youll be the go-to person for all activities related to delivering desired production with all quality compliance. Your role will also involve promoting safety, food safety, continuous improvement, and fostering the growth and changes to meet new product requirements.

FMCG supply chains are very complicated The ideal candidate must have a background in FMCG and relevant experience in dealing with supply chain management function and multisite in house and contract manufacturing locations.

There is significant amount of travel needed in this role as we multiple sites producing different SKUs.

Main Responsibilities

Production Coordination

Prepare weekly production plans.

Ensure weekly compliance with quantity and SKUs.

Participate in daily production and SIM meetings

Ensure compliance with safety, environment, food regulations, and legislation.

Maintain production quality standards.

Quality

Ensure product quality and compliance with work instructions as per Quality specifications.

Security And Hygiene

Ensure compliance with AAUSH and CIB or any other applicable regulations in manufacturing.

Who We Are Looking For

• Educational Background: You should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / science, with at least 5 year plus experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in Pest repellent production.

This role will focus on execution activities for our B2C business, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG and relevant experience in supply chain management functions.
• Technical Expertise: You need to be well-versed in raw materials, production processes, technological aspects, quality control, cost management, and other techniques to maximize effective manufacturing.
• Time Management & Communication: Strong time management and communication skills are crucial, especially in a multisite environment.
