Warehouse- Ecomerce Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a result-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily e- commerce operations for Amazon,Flip-kart and our sales platforms. The role involves order processing, order booking, procurement, logistics, kit assembly, Inventory management etc., coordinating with the warehouse staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience across marketplaces (Amazon, Flip kart, website, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, knowledge of e-commerce platforms, and the ability to lead a small team.

• Oversee order fulfilment, packaging, and dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supervise and guide e-commerce associates or executives in handling listings, returns, and customer queries.
• Train and mentor team members on e-commerce operations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and company SOPs.
• Handle escalated customer issues, reviews, and feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by ensuring quick and effective responses.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flip kart Seller
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Computer Knowledge
• 1-3 years of experience in managing e-comm warehouse operations
• Multitasker and meet deadlines
• Hindi English Compulsory.
