Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Prepare and process bank reconciliations
• Enter vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain general ledger accounts and bank accounts, and generate monthly financial reports
• Oversee and maintain supplier reconciliations
• Manage vendor records and files
• Handle accounts payable responsibilities
• Administer bank receipts and payments
• Collect, update, and organize files
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed
