Role & responsibilities
* Develop and execute the companys technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Lead and mentor the engineering and IT teams to ensure high performance.
* Identity and implement emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.
* Oversee system architecture, security, scalability and infrastructure.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tech integration.
Technology Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the tech department, including managing software development cycles, infrastructure management, and system operations.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient management of technology investments.
Security & Compliance: Ensure that systems are secure and compliant with relevant laws and industry standards. Implement security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard the company assets and client data
Preferred candidate profile
* Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.
* 9+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
* Proven expertise in software development, systems architecture, and emerging trends.
* Experience in NBFC is a Plus
