Job Title: SQL/PLSQL Developer & Shift SPOC

Roles And Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SQL and PLSQL scripts to support production and enhancements.
• Debug problems occurring in existing programs and coordinate with developers or support teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data flows and business logic.
• Monitor production support emails and ensure timely responses.
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries during your shift.
• Build trust and confidence with clients through clear communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and follow-up with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain shift logs and handover notes for smooth transitions.
  
  

• Understanding of warehouse operations or distribution centre workflows.
• Exposure to Manhattan WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
  
  

• You’ve got 7+ years of experience in SQL/PLSQL development.
• You’re a clear communicator and a natural organiser.
• You’re comfortable taking ownership and making decisions.
• You’re open to working in shifts and being the point person for your team
