Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in student counselling, education, admissions, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective student interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a student-focused approach to counselling.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office for daily tasks.

• Respond to student inquiries and provide guidance on educational and career development opportunities.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to understand their needs.
• Explain relevant programs, courses, and available services to prospective students.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
• Guide students in identifying suitable educational programs and career pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counselling sessions, and follow-up activities.
• Achieve assigned performance targets while maintaining ethical practices and professional conduct.
• Coordinate with the Team Lead to improve student engagement and maintain service quality.
