Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Jewellery Sales Executive / Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent jewellery product knowledge, strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Explain gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products, designs, quality, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase store sales.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and attract new customers.
• Handle high-value customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of gold rates, jewellery trends, and new collections.
• Manage customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and order follow-ups.
• Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer details.
• Guide and motivate junior sales staff to improve their performance.
• Coordinate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain showroom standards and deliver a premium shopping experience.
  
  

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in jewellery sales.
• Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling VIP customers and high-value transactions.
• Leadership and team management skills are an advantage.
