Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will apply security skills to design, build, and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, implementing protective measures, and continuously monitoring systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information. You will engage in proactive discussions about potential vulnerabilities and contribute to the development of strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring a secure environment for all stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard information. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration. - Experience with access management and role-based access control. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze security incidents and respond effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
