In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and job descriptions.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking and recruitment.
