We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent. Being part of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth by ensuring a continuous pipeline of diverse and highly skilled candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback.
  • Implement innovative techniques to improve recruitment and attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Work with HR to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking and recruitment.
