A Social Media Executive plays a crucial role in the promotion and enhancement of a company's brand image across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including graphics and videos.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design, interactivity, and audience growth.
  • Coordinate with marketing, PR, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with partners and key social media influences.
  • Monitor web traffic metrics to assess the success of campaigns or objectives.
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social, design tools, and applications.
  • Analyze engagement data to create reports for stakeholders and improve strategy.
  • Manage social media editorial calendar, scheduling timely and relevant posts.
  • Ensure social media coverage of live events, press releases, and media mentions.
  • Identify and leverage any opportunity for brand-related UGC (User Generated Content).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a social media executive or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and how to track them.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing, including tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude and creative eye for design.
