The Outdoor Sales Executive is a critical role within our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging directly with potential customers in the field. This dynamic position requires proactive engagement with businesses and individuals to understand their needs and present our products or services as ideal solutions. The role demands not only a deep understanding of the products we offer but also an ability to communicate persuasively and build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products to effectively market them.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to company growth objectives.
  • Present sales proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team.
  • Attend trade exhibitions and conferences for brand promotion and lead generation.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with team members to align on sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sale support and resolving issues.
  • Follow up with clients after meetings to close sales and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a preference for outdoor sales roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients in various locations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
