Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and operational software tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
