Job Description

An Online Sales Coordinator is an integral part of the e-commerce sales team, responsible for managing and optimizing online sales activities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as it involves coordinating between different departments, ensuring that online sales platforms are updated with accurate information, and supporting the sales team with strategic initiatives. The Online Sales Coordinator should have a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and possess the technical ability to manage online sales systems effectively. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage online sales platforms to ensure accurate product listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop online promotional campaigns for products.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability online.
  • Support the customer service team with online order issues and resolutions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on online sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an online sales or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and sales management software.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
