• Conceptualizing and driving innovative engagement initiatives
• Create and Propose customized Retention strategies
• PMF Framework
• Exit Management & Analysis

• Ability to handle stakeholders independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to generate business insight and timely input to stakeholders
• Ability to create and implement People HR strategy for stakeholders
• Ability to clearly articulate situation in a convincing manner
• Ability to quickly understand stakeholders requirement and take action promptly
• Ability to create top class presentations and deliver to larger audience
• Ability to manage conflicting and tough situations

• MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized university
• HR Business Partner experience of 8-10+ years
• Prior exposure in HRBP in IT & ITES Industry
