He will be responsible for CDQ and power plant mechanical maintenance, PM, routine inspection, breakdown maintenance & development jobs of CDQ machine, EOT cranes, Gas circulation Blowers, air compressors, ID fan, Hot Coke transporting Loco and Buckets, environment dedusting system, Coke chamber, Discharge units, cooling tower and CWS Pumps. To execute various shutdown maintenance activities, analyze problem and take necessary corrective and preventive actions. To assist seniors and collogues in planning and execution of various development jobs. To guide the sub-ordinates for job planning & execution. To execute safety in all maintenance activities in CDQ maintenance activities. Documentation & record keeping of maintenance activities through SAP.

• PM & Shutdown activities{{:}} To Execute Preventive and Corrective maintenance activity, Cleanliness, Lubrication, Oil analysis, Vibration analysis, Daily inspection and execution.
• planning & monitoring{{:}} Inspect, monitor and take timely action to prevent deterioration & breakdowns.
• Day to day interaction & meetings with team, suppliers & agencies{{:}} Anticipating future delays, threats and taking proactive steps to mitigate for on time job execution.
• To analyze breakdowns and to review maintenance plan{{:}} To identify root cause & take necessary corrective actions. To optimize the maintenance activity for improved plant reliability.
• Spare part availability and development. Ensuring optimum critical and other spare availably for Maintenace activity.

BE /BTECH/ Diploma in Mechanical Engg.

Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Mechanical maintenance of CDQ and related equipment in Recovery type coke oven. Must have knowledge in spare management, maintenance planning, execution, monitoring & inspection. Must have adequate knowledge and experience in maintenance of CDQ machines (EOT cranes, Gas circulation Blowers, air compressors,

ID fan, Hot Coke transporting Loco and Buckets, environment dedusting system, Coke chamber, Discharge units, cooling tower and CWS Pumps).

Knowledge in planning, execution, monitoring, inspection, erection & commissioning and maintenance activities. Knowledge in sap, MS Word, MS Excel, IMS and safety.
