• Assist in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Provide support for operating systems, applications, and basic network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and update software as required.
• Help maintain IT asset records and inventory.
• Support users with login, email, and account access issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support staff.
• Assist in setting up new workstations and devices for employees.
• Document common issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
  
  

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in IT desktop support.
