We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist in providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Provide support for operating systems, applications, and basic network connectivity.
Install, configure, and update software as required.
Help maintain IT asset records and inventory.
Support users with login, email, and account access issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT support staff.
Assist in setting up new workstations and devices for employees.
Document common issues and solutions for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking fundamentals.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
