This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head in the Fabrication Industry, located in Indore.

The Plant Head will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management.

The role involves managing budgeting, ensuring efficient plant operations, and maintaining high production standards.

The Plant Head will also be responsible for leading teams, handling logistics, and ensuring safety - Plant Operations and Production Management skills.

• Experience in Production Planning and Quality Control.
• Skills in Budgeting and managing financials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication industry.
