About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager at Serosoft, you will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding strong relationships with channel partners across India and international markets. Your role will focus on developing a robust partnership framework, driving lead generation through partners, and ensuring consistent growth in sales and brand presence. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive pan-India and international partnership strategies and frameworks.
  • Sign up channel partners from targeted countries and achieve defined partner acquisition and lead generation targets.
  • Research, establish, and nurture new strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Build and manage governance models, contracts, and business plans with channel partners.
  • Plan and deliver product demos, messaging, and go-to-market strategies alongside partners.
  • Sustain and cultivate long-term partner relationships to drive deeper engagement.
  • Manage resources effectively to execute partnership plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to strengthen partner success.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and leverage trends to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to ensure achievement of sales goals.
  • Knowledge of digital sales channels using SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and analytics tools to evaluate sales performance.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives to expand partner and customer engagement.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in channel sales, with exposure to both India and international markets.
  • Proven expertise in onboarding and driving channel partners remotely.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics).
  • Prior experience creating and managing sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Prior experience in selling online products (ideally within EdTech) is desirable.
