Drive product strategy and execution for key manufacturing platform components, working with our Senior Product Manager to deliver breakthrough solutions. Own products that pharmaceutical and biotech companies rely on for critical manufacturing operations while being part of our rapid expansion in the life sciences market.

What Youll Own

Product Strategy & Execution

• Drive product roadmap and feature prioritization for assigned manufacturing solutions
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build business cases and ROI models through Voice of Customer research
• Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams for on-time delivery
  
  

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with UX/UI, sales, and marketing teams for go-to-market success
• Support customer success teams with product training and adoption strategies
• Create compelling product demonstrations and customer-facing materials
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities

• Experience with Agile development and product management frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen with financial modeling experience

Essential Experience:

• Software Product Management: 5-8 years managing B2B software products with proven launch success
• Education: Graduation
