Job Role - Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter (US Healthcare Staffing)

Work Location - Ashoka Raghupathi Chambers, 6th Floor, Begumpet, Hyderabad

Shift Timings - 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST (Work from office only)

Experience Required - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Staffing (Only US)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Recruiting Nurses, Physicians, Therapists, Technicians, Allied Health Professionals, and other healthcare providers in the US region for permanent and contractual positions.
• Using the comprehensive job description, source candidates from job portals and internal databases.
• Reach out to candidates who fit the criteria via call, Text, email, or LinkedIn.
• Also use job postings on employment websites and social media platforms to market the jobs and attract applicants.
• Utilize pinpoint screening techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Need to be a team player, work closely with team managers, and design recruiting strategies for each job position you work on.
• Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
