Travel Executive / Ticketing Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight ticket booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and related ticketing procedures.
• Use Amadeus for airline reservations and ticketing activities.
• Prepare and manage travel itineraries according to customer requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable flights, travel routes, and packages.
• Communicate with customers and understand their travel requirements.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, availability, and travel policies.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Use strong communication and convincing skills to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Ensure all ticketing and travel documentation is completed correctly.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the booking process.
  
  

• IATA Certificate preferred/required.
• Good knowledge of Amadeus.
• Strong understanding of airline ticketing procedures.
• Good knowledge of itinerary preparation.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
• Experience in travel agency or ticketing operations will be an advantage.
