Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding overseas job opportunities and visa processes.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa and job options.
• Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processing timelines.
• Handle visa application documentation and verify required documents.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
• Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities regarding visa processing.
• Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Handle client queries related to visa applications and overseas employment.
• Maintain accurate records of client applications and documentation.
• Follow up with clients for pending documents and application requirements.
• Provide professional and clear communication throughout the counselling and visa process.
• Ensure all documentation and processing activities follow applicable procedures.
  
  

• Experience in Visa Processing is required.
• Good communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to explain visa procedures clearly to clients.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation and application processing.
