Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Work on new and innovative solutions platform along with other experienced developers.
- Build responsive, mobile friendly and visually impactful web applications for investments analysts and portfolio managers
- Skilled in full stack development and proficient in agile, value driven fast delivery of quality code
- Experiment with new technologies and acquire new skills to find creative solutions to the unique challenges we will encounter along the way
- Work at speed to show value per sprint
WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
- Full Stack Development: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer
- Programming Languages & Frameworks: Proficient in Java, Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS/NestJS, FastAPI
- Frontend Architecture: Experience with Micro Front-End frameworks and architectures
- Backend & Microservices: Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Cloud & DevSecOps: Strong foundation in containerized development (Docker), Kubernetes, Helm, Serverless (Lambda), and CI/CD pipelines (GIT, TDD, automation) on AWS or Azure
- Databases: Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Parquet), and Snowflake
- Event-Driven Systems: Familiarity with NATS.io, Redis, or Kafka for event-based architectures
SKILLS / OTHER PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Highly motivated, willing to work in a startup type team environment
- Must demonstrate positive, team-focused attitude, willing to learn and share with others on the team
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Love digging into new technologies, and can pick them up quickly, interested in learning about distributed micro-service-based systems, And excited to work with open-source technologies
FORMAL EDUCATION: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or other similar degrees preferred
