Solution Architect - UI Path

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure automation solutions using UiPath. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution design using UiPath for complex automation use cases across business units.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand automation needs and convert them into technical design documents (PDD, SDD).
• Define architecture standards, reusable components, and frameworks to drive scalability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with RPA governance, including security, auditability, and exception handling.
• Review and guide the development team on best practices, code quality, and modular design.
• Perform solution validation, capacity planning, and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, etc.).
• Work with IT and InfoSec to ensure infrastructure readiness, licensing, and environment setup.
• Participate in UiPath Orchestrator design, configuration, and scheduling strategies.
• Stay current on UiPath product features (including AI Center, Document Understanding, Process Mining, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to the RPA team.
  
  

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficient in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and modern automation patterns.
• Experience with Orchestrator setup, multi-tenant environments, and infrastructure architecture.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, SQL, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
• Familiarity with AI Center, Action Center, Document Understanding, and Task Mining is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  
  

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior developers and business analysts.
• Certification in UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer preferred.
  
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• UiPath Advanced Developer and/or Solution Architect certification (mandatory or highly desirable).
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Exposure to other automation tools like Power Automate, Automation Anywhere.
• Familiarity with process discovery, CoE models, and citizen development governance.
