Senior Application Engineer GenAI Development

As a member of IT Enterprise Business Systems group, you will be working in one of the most innovative groups that leverages latest features of Pega Infinity platform including GenAI capabilities to develop applications that provide portals and buddies for internal & external facing portals. You will work closely with talented engineers and product owners across the globe to build a highly scalable Pega Applications. This includes impact to functionality, services and assistance to People, Corporate governance, contract, legal, marketing, sales, demox, customer service teams amongst others. Apart from the new work, the team also has iterative enhancement requirements for existing buddies.

What Youll Do At Pega

Leverage best in class technologies to drive the conversion of requirements into feature design, its implementation, testing, deployment and support.

Work as part of a collaborative Agile team working in a SCRUM model surrounded by fun loving talented engineers.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design.
• Be able to implement code that meets engineering excellence standard with minimal oversight
• Good at development of highly scalable and performant features using Pega Platform
• Ability to take ownership of stories and working experience in an agile/scrum team environment.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to logically identify and analyze/solve problems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including poise in pressure situations.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications using Pega Platform and Python.
• Bachelor’s engineering in Computer Science or similar field.
• Good working knowledge on Pega Platform
• CSA/CSSA certification preferred
