The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you lead the configuration and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions. As a Manager, you are accountable for supervising and developing teams, managing client accounts, and driving engagement workstreams while upholding the firms quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to achieve client objectives
  • Develop and implementing project plans and timelines
  • Mentor staff to enhance their technical capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold project alignment
  • Analyze project outcomes to drive future improvements
  • Uphold quality standards in every deliverable
  • Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving
  • Build and maintaining sturdy client relationships

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ projects
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Experience with configuration and implementation of Salesforce CPQ
  • Profound understanding of quote to cash process
  • Experience on SOAP / Rest / Platform Events / Streaming APIs and 3rd party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in Force.com platform using APEX, VisualForce, Process builders, flows.
  • Experience in implementing integration solutions between CRM, ERP and Financial systems ( example - Zuora, NetSuite)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
