Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
• Identify potential candidates and build a strong agent network.
• Explain company products, policies, and business opportunities to prospective agents.
• Provide guidance and support to agents to help them generate business.
• Procure insurance policies through recruited agents and direct customer interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Follow up with agents and customers to achieve business targets.
• Monitor agent performance and provide regular support.
• Maintain records of agent recruitment and policy business.
• Assist in achieving assigned sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
